Yes. We serve customers throughout Poland, so we can handle most of the process remotely. Based on our conversation, photos, your home’s floor plan, and basic technical information, we help you choose the right unit and installation method. We then schedule a delivery and installation date at the address you provide.

No. We handle many projects entirely remotely, right up until installation. We can conduct consultations, help you select equipment, and prepare a quote over the phone or online. However, if you’d like to see the equipment in person and compare how it works, we also invite you to visit our showroom in Konstantynów Łódzki.

For projects that meet the required conditions, a preferential VAT rate of 8% may be applied to the service and the equipment. We review each case individually before preparing the final order.

Yes. The absence of an existing chimney doesn’t mean you have to give up on a fireplace or stove. For such projects, we use Poujoulat insulated chimney systems, which can be routed outside the building and tailored to its architecture. Installing such a chimney, including connecting the appliance, usually takes about 6 hours, so in many cases we can complete the entire project in a single day. Once the work is finished, the appliance is ready for use, and you can enjoy your fireplace right away. Very often, customers choose a black chimney, which blends well with the building’s exterior, window frames, or other finishing elements of the home. We select the chimney system individually to match the appliance, the building, and the installation site.
